オランダ軍NATOの3WAYフィールドリュックです。
NATO軍活動において特殊警察に装備されていたリュックということです。
特筆すべきはリュックというだけでなくストラップを収納させてショルダーバッグの形に帰ることができる点です。(画像３枚目参照)
ミリタリーでこのビジネス鞄仕様は珍しいのではないでしょうか。
素材はがっしりとしたナイロン素材でファスナーもしかりしています。
収納はメインコンパートメントとして1室、その中にメッシュでファスナーで内包されたもう1室があり、固定用のストラップが付いています。
サブコンパートメントはショルダー(横向き)の形状にした時ように小物やペンを収納できる仕分けのある1室があります。
下手なビジネスリュックを買うならば、こちらの方が良いと強くお勧めします。

状態は多少の使用感と汚れはありますがまだまだ使える状態です。
