アメリカのN1タイプジャケットです。
元ネタはアメリカ海軍が40-50'sに採用していたN1デッキジャケットで過酷な環境下での防寒性を確保するために開発された名作です。
元ネタのN1ジャケットに忠実に作られていますが、変更点が本商品の魅力となります。
まずは素材がダック生地(コットンキャンバス)にしていること。このおかげで無骨な男臭い雰囲気が増しています。
グローブを着用していても扱えるように設計された大きいボタンも明るいブラウンへと変更されています。柔らかい雰囲気が出ています。
防寒性を第一に設計されたものだけあり内ボアのアクリルがかなり暖かいです。
ファスナーを閉めて着ると日本の冬ならば薄手のインナーで済みます。
